If you love each other but he/she is not single, what do you do?

Hey Guys,
         I make with guys but most of them end up telling me they are in a relationship or the other after I must have fallen in love with them and I do not want to make it seem like I want to snatch them from their girl.
        If you love each other but he/she is not single, do you pray and wait for a chance that he/she breaks up and come to you? Or what would you do?
