FORGIVE ME

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Dearest, Sometimes, there are simply no words that can adequately express the depth of a person's feelings that are plagued by regret, guilt, and sadness for a wrong done. This is my predicament now for hurting you so badly when you trusted me so. I want to tell you I'm sorry a thousand times, but I know my apology can't undo what has been done or ease the pain in your heart. However, it also pains me to see you suffering as a result of my misbehavior. Guilt burns in my heart thinking of all the hurt that you must have felt because of my recklessness. Each time that I think of you, I get angry with myself because I can imagine all the bitter tears you must have shed when you learned of my indiscretion. I'm feeling like this because there is still love for you glowing in my heart. Otherwise, I wouldn't have cared one bit and moved on. But I don't want this relationship to end. I still care deeply about you and love you with all my ...

LYING TO FRIENDS

By Abdulkadir Rafiat        My friends ask me to do social stuff and i lie and say im busy when really i just dont feel like seeing people. I prefer to just stay home alone and have an early night. Its cheaper and no effort involved. Sometimes i do go but most of the time i just cant be bothered. I lie so that they dont think im anti social which i kind of am but thats just how i feel. I find people annoying mostly. Cant be bothered dealing with them and listening to their mostly meaningless crap. Also if i tell the truth they will try to convince me to go.

AVOIDING UNNECESSARY PRESSURE

By Abdulkadir Rafiat  1. Put your kids in schools you can afford      because expensive      schools don't       guarantee good      results. Just ensure      they attend a good      affordable school 2. Rent apartments you      can pay for     conveniently. Don’t live      in a house you struggle      to pay yearly. 3. Let’s plan our lives and      live within our means.      Save more and spend      less. 4. Some women buy food      for their children every      morning before going      to school or even for      the whole family, do      you know it’s cheaper      to cook at home? 5. Some people don’t      earn much...

AVOID BROKEN HOME AT ALL COST.

By Abdulkadir Rafiat        Consequences of pride in a marriage could be irreversible. If someone tells you that he/she has a perfect marriage, just know right away that he/she is a great liar.Couples fight and fight badly for that matter, but it's the ability to revise ones stand, communicate with respect, and be honest with each other, that determines the survival of any marital relationship.         If you remove pride and arrogance in your marital relationship, the marriage is already 90% promising, stable, peaceful and can thus, stand the test of time. Invest in your marriage through giving, talking and compromising here and there. Your business as a stakeholder should be what to do to make your home peaceful and stable for you, your spouse, and your children's enjoyment.         Stop running to 3rd parties who equally have their own challenges they are probably hiding and managing. You may end up getting nothing pos...

If you love each other but he/she is not single, what do you do?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Hey Guys,          I make with guys but most of them end up telling me they are in a relationship or the other after I must have fallen in love with them and I do not want to make it seem like I want to snatch them from their girl.          If you love each other but he/she is not single, do you pray and wait for a chance that he/she breaks up and come to you? Or what would you do?  Use the comment section below πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

Is it normal i can't get a boyfriend even though i'm attractive?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Hey Guys,           Basically i'm in my 20's and i can't get a boyfriend (technically in the past, i've had boyfriends not all that long or serious). The last one which I thought would be serious, he didn't care about me, blocked my number and later for someone else and never spoke to me again.                        I just feel like everyone is ashamed and embarrassed of me or something i'm struggling alot in life but this is something which has been lately getting me down because i don't really get it, its hard to show this via text and with the type of post i'm writing, but most people who meet me say they think i'm a pretty attractive girl get called cute alot, but no one seems to want me.              I can be quite fussy because i want someone i'm attracted to and feel chemistry with and that rarely happens lately, 2 guys i was seein...

I feel like a fake person

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Hey Guys,               I've anger issue, easily annoyed, curses a lot and have occasional dark, disturbing fantasy I would love to inflict on certain people.               However, When I am around friends and strangers, I am not being my true self. I act very nice, friendly and happy-go-lucky. The facade is convincing to the point some of them treated me like a doormat and a loser. I do this because I know I'll have no friends and they'll hate me if they ever know my true personality.              One day, this one dipshit who occasionally disturbed me went too far. He humiliated me and made me look like a fool in front of many people there because of this sweet person facade I pulled off. I can't take it anymore for faking myself and raged in front of them. I cursed him profusely and kinda lost control of my attitude. Until then, people were shocked...

Do you guys think this generation is worse than the other ones?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Hey Guys,                  I was born in the 20th Century and I see a lot of people like my family (specially my fathers and grandparents) say that this generation (21st Century) is worse than the other ones because everyone is adicted to mobile phones , computers , consoles, cyber fraud, hard drugs,  smoking,  partying...             I do think that I have been born in a good generation, what do you guys think? Why is money a thing? can we remove it?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Hey guys,                   Have anyone ever thought that money isn't neccesary and just is bad? That people have to be away for 7-72 hours to get money? Think of this, a world, no money, everything is free, the reward is a thanks. Seriously this may sound edgy but sometimes i like a thanks more than money.            I don't know what you think but i think stress will decrease. No edgy drug deals, no bills. Sometimes these thoughts come to me.           Is it even a normal thing to think about? Let me know in the comment section below πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

I'm sick of people telling me what to do

By Abdulkadir Rafiat       Hey Guys,                    At this point I'm just done I'm sick and tired of it's making me depressed and pissed off.              I'm an adult and I don't need to put up with anyone's crap at this point I thought I'd be making my own choices but nope it's still the same crap.              Is it normal to feel this way? Drop your opinions in the comment section belowπŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

Is it ok to love someone who doesn’t exist?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat        I started loving someone who doesn’t exist... I gave him a name, I made some memory for him, and I cry for him, and even I imagined his face and his body. I hate myself for loving someone that I can’t be with in real life.... is it ok to live like this just in pain or I should tell someone about it??        Share your opinions in the comment section.

Long Distance Relationship Problems

By Abdulkadir Rafiat          Every person at one point in their lives will be able to experience a long distance relationship but if you are one of the few people who won’t then you are lucky! It is obviously not easy being in a relationship, let alone a long distance one where you and your partner are a thousand miles apart, but if you are with the right person then chances are it will not be difficult.                          Every relationship has its ups and downs, it is not all rainbows and butterflies, and it is especially difficult to mend problems if you and your boyfriend or girlfriend have distance in between, but never fret! As you read on below, you will be able to know that these “downs” in your relationships are very common. 1. Miscommunication               You cannot have less of it nor you can have more of it. Communication must ...

THE PAIN LASTS A LIFETIME

By Abdulkadir Rafiat HERE IS A LIST OF THINGS YOU NEED TO TEACH YOUR CHILD(REN) AT EARLY AGE: 1: Warn your Girl Child Never to sit on anyone's laps no matter the situation including uncles. 2: Avoid Getting Dressed in front of your child once he/she is 2 years old. Learn to excuse them or yourself. 3. Never allow any adult refer to your child as 'my wife' or 'my husband' 4. Whenever your child goes out to play with friends make sure you look for a way to find out what kind of play they do, because young people now sexually abuse themselves. 5. Never force your child to visit any adult he or she is not comfortable with and also be observant if your child becomes too fond of a particular adult. 6. Once a very lively child suddenly becomes withdrawn you may need to patiently ask lots of questions from your child. 7. Carefully educate your grown ups about the right values of sex . If you don't, the society will teach them the wrong values. 8: It...

A Letter To Ladies.

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Dear ladies,             Learn how to express love to your partner.  some ladies think that the only way to express love to  a man is by having sex with him; that is why some ladies do not have anything to offer a man  except sex. When Men sometimes buy gift for their girlfriends then they will say’’ "I will pay you back this night by giving you a hot sex." . Its very funny. Sex is not a prove of love. Don't use sex to prove that you love a man. As a lady, you can prove that you love a man  in the following ways: 1. Surprise him with  gifts if you have the money. 2. Take him out for lunch and pay his bills. It is not bad at all. 3. Send him some love text messages occasionally. 4. Call him daily. 5. Occasionally you can cook a delicious meal for him, but not everyday like a housewife. 6. You can also help him financially when he is broke. 7. Take him out for shopping, you will not die. 8. Pra...

The Man Who Raped Me

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Dear Individual, It’s been over eleven years since you raped me, yet it often feels as if no time has passed at all. The memory of the weight of your body pinning mine down, the scent of your sickening sweet cologne, the rough sensation of your unshaven face rubbing my cheeks and neck raw as you slammed your hips into me…these are things I cannot forget. You see, when you raped me, you didn’t just violate me, you stole something I was not yet ready to give freely. You didn’t just take away my innocence, you forced your depravity on me, then accused me of being a poor lover because I was not “into it”. You laughed in my face when I told you to stop while pushing you away, and insisted that you knew I wanted you because I had “flirted” with you just hours before (newsflash: not every woman that looks your way is flirting with you, and if she were in fact flirting, that does not equal an open door to the most intimate part of her body). At the time, I was tr...

Is it normal i fear swimming?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Hi guys,         It's been a while here; I can not swim. I never learned it. I almost drowned once before. Now I can not go into the water without panic.  it is not even the water. I wash with it, too. these are the circumstances. if I have no ground under my feet and I'm in the cold water.

What makes you realize that you've fallen in love?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat  I am just curious as to what makes people consciously realise that they have fallen in love with a person  For me I dont really understand the concept of love, i can feel when I start have feelings for someone but I can snap out of it real easy  So i just wanna know whether I actually have ever fallen in "love" with a person or is it just that I can climb out of the well before I fall any deeper  I also have rooted this fact deep in my head that I might never find love. So whenever I feel for someone I just have to tell myself that they wont reciprocate the feeling ever.. maybe thats why i can snap out of it real easy  I am an average looking girl who has trust issues who has never had a serious  boyfriend because I never found anyone who loves me so well, worth my time & casual relationships is a thing I dont really consider well  Is it normal that I am like this?  And What makes you realize that you've fallen...

Had you ever cheated ? ......why ?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Hey guys,          It's a new week and I hope it runs out well.   I was in a terrible relation. Very stressed out. I felt like I wanted to screw the whole town. But I want to hear from you guys.           Don't forget to slide into the comment section.

How often do you consider suicide?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Hey guys,           It's a Blessed Sunday and I guess I'm  Just curious to see how common serious suicidal thoughts are and where I fit into the numbers.          Make it fun by sliding into the comment section.

Where do you hope to be in 5 years?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Hey guys,                How's the weekend going with you.                 Quick one,                 Do you wish you'll have a mate, children, dream job or better understanding of yourself and world?                    What ever it is, let's hear from you  in the comment section.

I'm sorry I cheated on you.

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Dearest ..., Sometimes, there are simply no words that can adequately express the depth of a person's feelings that are plagued by regret, guilt and sadness for a wrong done. This is my predicament now for hurting you so badly when you trusted me so. A thousand "I'm sorry" I'm willing to say but I know it can't undo what has been done and it won't ease the pain in your heart. Instead, let me write this to let you know that I regretted my actions and cheating on you is certainly an unforgivable mistake. I totally deserve all the anger and resentment from you for what I have put you through. I'...

Do you murder people in your mind?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Hey guys,                 Instead of committing murder, I just visualize it in my head, it brings relief, it feels good knowing they are dead at the moment.           What do you think? ???

Are my desires to want to be alone normal?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat         It's funny because I'm not all that anti-social, I'm actually quite good at talking with people and I do still enjoy social things from time to time.         It seems as if I'm usually put in the social scenarios only 20% of the time by my desire and design, most of the time it's just circumstance and I make the best of it because I'm a happy kind of girl. But when left to my own planning, I usually just choose to be alone. The thing is, I really enjoy being alone a lot, and I feel as though I definitely seek it out more than anyone I know. when being social, I'm more of a one on one kind of girl. Not always, but I mostly dread larger social get-togethers, holidays, parties, etc.. Sure I made some friends on trips and hung out with fellow travelers, but the majority of the time it was just me, myself, and I. I've grown a bit used to being a stranger in a strange land, meeting people enjoying time togeth...

Just Curious

By Abdulkadir Rafiat       Hey guys,    What is the most deepest opinion on something you can say? Doesn't have to be dark or anything private. It can be about life or anything really. Yes I know this isn't a "IIN" question.

Is it normal to have a messy head?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat          So, when I say "messy head" I just mean that your thoughts are very disorganized.          Okay, I have some weird habit of connecting current things happening to past events, even if there are no obvious connections (most of the time, there isn't a connection at all).               For example, I could be sitting in class, and suddenly it'll feel like this memory from my babysitter's house, remembering that I'm standing by the window, looking out (mind you, I'd be in class, nowhere near the window). Does that make sense? I'll make connections between hanging out with friends to sitting at my cousin's house, connections between the movie Wall-E and a clown nose, connections between drinking coffee to highway signs.                It's hard for me to exist sometimes when I feel like I'm constantly being pulled into my ow...

Could he possibly really love her

By Abdulkadir Rafiat         So my best friend is with this guy, who encourages her to go out and have random hook ups! She will go to the bar and leave with another guy! It's not an open relationship at least Not on his part!         In my opinion he couldn't possibly really love her to not only allow but encourage this behavior.          Is it normal guys???? ?

Is it normal to want to apologize to someone for breaking their heart

By Abdulkadir Rafiat          I had a friend, he was there for me through a lot. I had a boyfriend who seemed to be off and on at the time and I was ignorant to my friend's feelings. Personally, I feel as if I regret not choosing him but now me and my boyfriend are stable and we're doing really well (I also don't know if I should apologize in respect of my boyfriend). I want to apologize to that friend, even though I know I technically don't owe him anything. I want to apologize to him, as he is seemingly the perfect guy, smart, kind, strong. We stopped contact for nearly a year now but the guilt still hurts me. I truly want to apologize but I don't know if it'd open closed wounds or make it seem like I'm just full of myself-Apologize for being ignorant of his feelings and using him as a crutch when I needed someone but not being there for him-. I really want to open our relationship up again but only as friends. I know that much is impossible.  ...

Is it normal if my boyfriend keeps complimenting other women but me?

By Abdulkadir Rafiat        It's been a year to our relationship. Sometimes I feel like we're loosing the grip. First month he was so nice to me, he used to compliment my appearance.        Second month; Every time he used to directly or indirectly compare me with his female friends . I used to cry.. stupid, right? Very often he says he wants me to learn how to take care of myself.  I'M sure he has a long list of my flaws. "chubby girls are great" "just look at you.. not at all girly" I've been hearing this for quite some time now.          I've noticed him checking out other girls too. I've lost confidence in myself.. I really don't want to go anywhere with him, I'm kinda embarrassed of my appearance.                     What should I do? I don't wanna lose this guy either. Advise please!

Why do some get better, while others get bitter

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Life is hard; we all know that. But why is it some chose to be bitter, but then others get better.  Is it because the people who got better had more support? Were they raised with better morals?  Or are people who get bitter after hardships just losers?

There's this guy i really really like but.

By Abdulkadir Rafiat Okay so there's this guy I Met for the first time  and since meeting him I just thought wow he's amazing, his personality made me fall for him right away. That night we exchanged contact details (Instagram) and the next time I saw him was the next day. Point is I really like this guy I've only met him twice. Is it normal to always look back?     Your advice please

DON’Ts For 2019

Image
By Abdulkadir Rafiat For me, I will say 2018 was certainly unpredictable. Promotions, new responsibilities, etc. This was good. On the other hand, personal struggles including the big fight to stay mentally healthy were amplified. I can’t complain though. Every year comes with its challenges. Even the really good years. Everything on my mind now is how to have a fabulous  2019. 1. Don’t Carry The Failures Of Last Year Forward I know it is hard to shake off things that did not work out. But give yourself the permission to open a new sheet. If possible, a new book. It is okay to fail but it is not ok to use that as a reason not to try again. 2. Don’t Make New Year Resolutions Something about the ‘r’ word sets us up for failure. Truth is, you are the same person on December 31st 2018 that you will be on 1st January 2019. Nothing really happens overnight. The sun will not set and rise with magical powers the next day. 3. Don’t Spend All Your Time On Social Medi...

DO’s For 2019

Image
By Abdulkadir Rafiat It's still the beginning of  a new year and If you really care about Growth, Progress & Upliftment in 2019, then below are list of DO’s (The things you should do) to achieve all your heart desires in the new year. 1. Leave This Country If you have the opportunity to leave this country, please do. Be a patriot from afar. Send dollars and pounds home. Don’t feel bad. 2. Create A Goal List (Don’t Do New Year Resolution) Rather than a list of resolutions, create a goal list (a less morbid version of a bucket list). I mean tangible and measurable new things. They could be places to go. Foods to try. It could be going back to school or even online certificate courses. You could learn how to code or even become an Excel expert. It could be a cooking or baking class. It does not matter how old you are. Whether you learn that new thing or not, you will still get old either ways. 3. Become An Expert At Something It could be in line with you...
